Huntington Theatre Company (Boston)
Director of Development
Boston’s Tony Award-winning Huntington Theatre Company, with an annual operating budget of $15M, seeks a dynamic, experienced Director of Development to lead a talented staff and partner with a distinguished Board in implementing the $60M campaign to renovate and rename the company’s historic home: the Boston University Theatre on Huntington Avenue, known as the “Avenue of the Arts.”
The Huntington Theatre Company’s new Director of Development will be an experienced and charismatic arts leader who cares deeply about the future of theater and its artists in the 21st Century, is passionate about the Huntington’s mission, and has the professional experience to guide the Huntington in realizing its ambitious dreams over the next 5-10 years.
Most importantly, the Huntington’s new Director of Development will catalyze the Huntington’s $60M campaign effort to renovate the Boston University Theatre on Huntington Avenue and be well-equipped to serve enthusiastically and successfully as the Huntington’s chief fundraiser in partnership with Managing Director Michael Maso, Artistic Director Peter DuBois, and the Board of Trustees.
Gallim Dance (New York City)
Gallim Dance, the leading New York City contemporary dance company dedicated to creating and performing the original works of Artistic Director Andrea Miller, seeks a dynamic and experienced Executive Director. The successful candidate will be a charismatic dance leader who can partner effectively with Andrea Miller and the Board of Directors to successfully execute Gallim Dance’s 10th Anniversary Season and associated fundraising campaign during 2017-18, and then partner with stakeholders to map the company’s exciting next chapter.
